Our season is around April
through late September. Full day fishing charters leave
the dock at around dawn, and return to the dock about 8
hours or so later. Half day charters are from dawn till
around noon and about mid afternoon till dusk.

Steelhead

GetNBigger
starts out in the cold waters fishing closer to shore
and with “short lines” as the fish are generally near
the surface as the water temperature begins to warm up.
These are good times for catching Coho's and some
Browns, as well as the Lake Trout, and Steelhead. |

In
June and July we travel
farther off shore to the deeper waters and fishing
grounds for lean powerful Steelhead as they follow
baitfish and cooler water. Out in deeper water is where
we find thermal bars down a little deep, or bug lines on
the surface of the Lake, as the Steelhead school-up out
here. There is plenty of action our here in “the deeps”
and 20 fish on in a day is common. |

n August, the water warms
up and fish are plentiful and powerful, although lean
The mighty King Salmon is what we’re after, These huge
record setting King's really put up a fight. They are
close in and catching one can be tiresome. |

September
brings shorter days and a cool down of the waters.
The fish start to come near shore again. This is a
beautiful, but at times windy month, with excellent
fishing days getting better as spawning begins. Coho are
more plentiful again.
